Busy Season Reminders…

It’s almost summer! Memorial Day Weekend is only about 2 1/2 weeks away. The first big weekend of the summer season! With that being said there are some things we all need to remember when we are at the ranch!

1st thing is please drive slow! In a vehicle or a golf cart the speed limit is 10 mph! Remember this is a kid free range zone! Things get pretty relaxed here in the winter but is drastically different once school lets out!

2nd Any person under the age of 16 must wear a bicycle helmet while riding bikes! No skateboards , roller blades or roller skates are allowed on the ranch.

3rd All Owners, Associates and Guests
must be issued a wristband prior to being granted entry to R-Ranch. Wristbands must be worn at ALL
times and may not be altered. If a wristband is broken visit the ROA office as soon as possible and
you will be issued a replacement at no charge.

4th You must be 15 years old to drive a golf cart! Please drive responsibly everyone!

5th Pool rules….Glass in the pool area is strictly forbidden. Any glass brought into the pool area will result in an immediate $500.00 fine charged to the Owner’s Share. Chairs, tables and lounges which have items on them that are left unoccupied for more than one-half (1/2) hour, may be used by other pool occupants. Other pool occupants are advised to carefully remove and put aside the items found on the chairs, tables and lounges and notify Pool Staff of their actions, and the location of the items, to avoid a confrontation with the previous user.
The Ranch assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items brought to the pool.
Water balloons and chewing gum are not allowed in the Pool area. Water guns may ONLY
be used IN the pool. Music is provided by the ranch via speaker system. Any other music may be
used only with headphones.
Pool attendants are on duty during the summer months and at other designated times.
When on duty, they are in charge of the pool area and their directions must be obeyed. If an Owner
has any type of issue with a Pool Attendant they should report the problem to the Ranch Manager. The
Ranch does not provide Life Guards. As such, caution should be exercised by all swimmers.
All minors must be monitored by their parent or guardian who is ultimately responsible for
their health and safety. Minors under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at
all times when inside the gated area of the pool. If it is discover that a minor under the age of 14 has
been dropped off at the pool without adult supervision that minor will be returned to their parents and
a fine will be imposed.

6th No one under the age of 18 in the lodge pool room!! This pool room is for adults only please keep your children out of there at all times!!

And last the store parking lot is only for people coming to the store and has a 10 minute parking limit. Anyone going to the pool or lodge must park in the upper parking lot, that is cars and golf carts. This parking lot must be kept clear in case emergency vehicles are needed! We have already experienced this this year and it was very difficult to get the needed trucks in and out of the parking area.

That is all ! Now lets get on with all the fun that is to be had on the ranch! Join us Memorial Day weekend for our Pool Noodle Palooza ! Fun for everyone, Pool Noodle art in the park , Mini Golf tournament , Pool noodle obstacle course, make a pool noodle raft or float to be judged at the pool! And a Pool noodle golf cart parade!! As usual watch on our social media pages for more info and Constant contact emails!
